The transition from management to design often sparks curiosity. People want to know why I did it, and what it felt like. I’ve never positioned myself as a mentor, yet over the years I’ve had more than 50 hours of deep conversations with people from different backgrounds—sharing experiences, listening to their challenges, and talking through possibilities. More than ten of them eventually made bold career changes.
